RESOURCES
As part of its continued growth, NASSP became the National Principals Association (NPA) on July 1. This transition expands its focus to serve principals and assistant principals across PreK–12, reflecting how schools and students operate today. Through this expansion, eligible members will gain access to enhanced professional learning, stronger national advocacy, and broader connections across grade bands. Your membership continues to provide support at both the state and national level, now with greater alignment and reach.
IASP is proud to be affiliated with the National Principals Association (NPA), connecting Indiana school leaders to a broader national network of principals and assistant principals. This affiliation complements IASP’s work at the state level and provides our members with additional opportunities for professional learning, advocacy, and connection with school leaders across the country.
The Aspiring Leaders Institute is a year-long developmental pathway designed for emerging leaders who are currently enrolled in a principal preparation program or are considering which program is the right pathway to school administration. The Institute welcomes teachers, instructional coaches, counselors, department chairs, deans, and those who are ready to transition into school administration.
