The program reflects IASP’s deep commitment to providing intentional leadership development at every career stage.

LEADing APs meets virtually once each month from September through May. Each session is scheduled for the convenience of the group and facilitated by experienced school leaders who serve as mentors. The meetings focus on a leadership topic connected to the School Leader Paradigm, while also providing time for discussion, networking, and sharing of current problems of practice with fellow assistant principals. This structure creates a supportive professional learning community where participants can reflect, grow, and apply leadership strategies throughout the school year.

Yes, there is an optional meet-up at the Assistant Principals conference.
